Order Status

Are all items shown on this website in stock and immediately available?

There may be times when an item will be temporarily unavailable online. If an item you select to purchase is not in stock for online purchase, you may be offered the option to have it shipped when it is back in stock or we will reverse your change.

How will I know if you’ve received my order?

You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your order has been successfully placed. This e-mail will contain a summary of your order. The email will include also your order confirmation number which can be used as a reference should you need to contact us directly with any further or specific questions about your order or a product. Should any of your items be out of stock, you will be notified in a separate email.

How can I check the status of an order I have already placed?

You may login to your online account and view the status of your order. Once shipped you may track your order via the UPS or USPS tracking number provided.
